With the way the Illinois game went in East Lansing, it’s hard to imagine Illinois not coming out extremely motivated. It will be a really tough game. We will need to hit some shots. Hopefully I am wrong but I feel like the team ends up as a 5 or 6 seed and middle of the big ten

Yeah, the longer this went on it felt like he didn’t want to come to Detroit. Hopefully they take that money and pay Skubal. In the meantime it will be interesting how long they wait to pull the trigger on a trade if our current options don’t pan out. Hard to be too mad at the team.
