A golden taraq tamğa is the ancestral emblem of the ruling dynasty of the Crimean Khanate, the Girays. Since the 20th century, it has been used as the emblem of the Crimean Tatar people.

Suspilne Odesa showed the aftermath of the strike. The largest fire broke out in a four-story building, where nine people were injured. Another fire erupted in a 23-story residential building, from which 600 people were evacuated.
