Det kan reelt nu være lige fedt om vi køber forsvarssystemer i Kina og Rusland som i USA. For USA kan med et enkelt tryk på knappen eks. grounde alle vores dyrt indkøbte F 35 fly. Så hvis vi endelig skal bruge 50 milliarder på nyt forsvarsmateriel, så køb det hos en der er dig venligt stemt = EU.

That’s exactly it. The only time NATO’s common defence clause was ever used, was when the US invoked it after 9/11. I remember, I was there at NATO hq covering the story in those days. And what happened? Everybody came when America called, that’s what happened. Our soldiers died in Afghanistan.
