Wowow, how did this happen so fast?!! And it came out amazing too :D Your gear is coming along beautifully & I'm so happy for you, I fully admit this put a big smile on my face on a glum evening! Thank you for letting me know & you're welcome of course <3

He was very fun to draw, I had a ball drawing that perfectly innocent face knowing full well what this little fella is capable of :D I'm glad you like it, it was my pleasure!

I love it & I'm very happy you like this one! I've been meaning to draw Cherub for a long time, he might be naughty, but I still have a soft spot for him and enjoy his hijinks :) Though as somebody who actually saw the Swan Lake performed live... I'm glad it wasn't crashed by Cherub!

Thank you, friend! 100% true, it's so difficult to let them go.. She would have turned 10 this year, but I did cherish every moment with her 💔

It's both comforting and sad how many people are familiar with the feeling :( True, it was an honour to have her & she was my baby. Thank you again <3

That's fascinating :D One of the things I really like about Filo is how his surly looks are paired up with his pompous personality. Like he definitely doesn't shy away from hanging huge portraits of himself around the place, haha. I find hippos to be very scary, so his design def works for me!

(3/3) Fate had it that I sketched this little mischievous guy several days ago & decided to throw some colours on him just now, so please accept it as a small thanks from me :)

(2/3) - and I can't take my eyes off them both!! You always draw my characters EXPERTLY on top of being such a kind friend to me! I'm not yet done talking about this, so I'll shoot you a message very soon, but for now please know that I appreciate it more than I can put into words!

(1/3) Oh my God, Ixy... I'm tearing up as I'm typing - this is one of the most wonderful, beautiful and thoughtful gifts I've ever received in my life and it comes at the best possible moment as my heart is still broken after losing my kitty <3 I absolutely adore what you've done with these two -

Gosh thank you so much again, I could use all the good vibes in the world right now 💔 She had a really nice life indeed, was healthy up to that point & the bond only grew stronger as time went on. I'm definitely going to take it easy for a while

Thank you so much, friend, she will never be forgotten and she was all my family talked about in the last 2 days 💔

Very true, those things definitely stay with you! This reminds me how my first cat looked at me and how beautiful & sing-songy his voice was, there was so much love in it all. The impact they have on our lives simply can't be understated. 100% agree ❤️

100%, she was nicknamed Teddy Bear for how cuddly & soft she was! Gosh I'm so sorry about Mia, 15 years is a very long time - at that point you feel like your pet's routine was fused with your own. I'm glad you've found another friend but I do agree there is no replacement 💔

Thank you so much, loss is definitely one of the hardest parts of life to deal with :( I can totally understand that, I'm certainly not ready for a kitten at this point, though I'm sure I'll get one in a couple of years. There will be a place for a new friend eventually

I'm very surprised to know that! :) Though to be fair I do see quite a lot of artists whose character is the Adonis of their own world. I never considered it - I went for the exact opposite to focus on how badly we treat our veterans sometimes.

Thank you so much, Aldin! Absolutely. There is no replacement for each and every one we lose 💔

Thank you so much for your kind words, I'm very glad I caught your comment because it somehow didn't show up in my Notifications! I'm so sorry you had to go through it too - loss can hurt more than physical wounds. I've been hugging and petting him all day, he's an angel 💔

You could get lost in these eyes for a good while, especially when she did the slow blink at you (which she often did).. She was a beauty from the very beginning!
Thank you so much, reading something like this brings a genuine smile to my face in this very dark hour 💔

Dad was a complicated man and he made his mistakes, but I miss him every day... Gosh this is definitely a good thing to hear and I'm thankful you shared it with me, it's rare we people can safely share meds with our pets! I wish all the best to your senior kitty!

Dimka was a gift from above and I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's precisely what happened, gosh ;___; I really miss both and wish they could have stayed for longer, but every day was a blessing and I'm grateful for what I got. Thank you very much <3

I'm going to take it easy for a while to properly mourn her, she was an absolute gem of a kitty that I will never forget. You know loss very well, you experienced it so many times and I'm very grateful you took the time to write all this, I appreciate it and I hope for the best for your pets ❤️ (3/3)

for many more years. The bond I shared with her was impeccable - things were rough initially with Jose, but with Dimsy? We instantly clicked. Instantly. And she stitched up my broken heart as well as CHANGED me, she truly made me much more open to affection and cuddles. She was so determined! (2/3)

Sarah, I can't even begin to describe how much your words mean to me - they're both extremely comforting and profound.. 💔
I move back and forth between crying and not being able to process it really happened. My whole family and the doctor are in disbelief. I hoped Dimka would stay with me (1/3)

I'm so sorry, I believe heart disease can be managed & you're 100% right, it's very good you got the diagnosis and can both research it and act accordingly <3 In case of my dad we only found out after the autopsy, he never admitted a thing.. Hugs right back at you, this is the dark side of life :(

Ah, I'm glad you think so! He is, of course, very appealing to me personally :) But he's nowhere near the social standards for masculine beauty & I believe he gets a lot of flak for his looks, in the fictional world that is!

Thank you very much, it's always very comforting to hear from a fellow pet owner - my dad had heart failure and it gets scary towards the end :'( I appreciate it & tight hugs for you and your old lady, 20 years is incredible ❤️
