I have no shame, I purchased 3 of them! 2 Blueberry Burst, 1 Black Tribal, and a solo neck! I needed the whole set + a backup. My love for rhythm games cannot be overstated! Despite the Chloe drama and the game's legitimate flaws, I still found so much to enjoy and genuinely love it for what it is. Seeing Hannah perform as Max again was a dream come true. This really makes me sad and scared for the future of the franchise 😭💔

I would argue that there's value in maintaining a healthy level of appreciation for others. As you said, focus too outwardly, your own work suffers. But being able to to recognize when another piece of work is expertly crafted and learning from your blind spots is a valuable skill in and of itself.

I recognize this is likely because of the account system requirements. However, I see no reason a compromise can't be made where only the main account is actually signed in and then the other 3 players are accountless guests with default skins who can't save data?

I hope so... I completely understand that sentiment and I fully support it, but I don't feel comforted by the fact that PC was omitted with zero explanation. An all-too-familiar feeling is setting in; being left out of split screen, and I bet it has to do with user accounts which is so arbitrary...
