In Castaway, if you are snorkeling, swim out to the floating balls in the bay, they have giant things under water to see and it attracts the fish. Do the Art of the Theme (I think that's it) tour if they have it. Stay out of your room unless you're sleeping. Cookies+ice cream in a cup.

To fix the NBA get rid of the time outs and the endless free throws at the end of the games. The last 3 minutes takes an hour to get through and it's boring AF watching one guy stand there shooting free throws. Make it a power play, 5 on 4 for the last 5 minutes or something.
