You may not have known it's Sailor Moon's birthday, but I guess you do now! youtu.be/gLJaAr5sY3U?...

Excuse me

This Doctor Strange comic from 1964 has to be one of the first beam clashes in history, right? (Strange Tales #119) I always think of it as a DBZ thing, but I guess it was decades old by then.

Finished Intravenous 2, and it's fun, but I don't think the dev has achieved their goal yet. The game emphasizes its hardcore stealth lineage, but when any guard interaction/misdirection is punished so heavily, it's just overly-stilted viewcone dodging. Hope he can perfect his idea in a third game.

What day is it? youtu.be/9Jv4vT0WpD4?...

I finished the Intravenous remake, and I enjoyed it, but it's also pretty silly. Like, it wants to be realistic, so if you get spotted while sneaking into a ramshackle drug den, the crackheads form into tactical breaching teams to scan rooms, cover each other, and track you down. Uh... sure. Right.

I'm really happy to see Silent Hill 1 being remade. I prefer 1 over 2, so it's nice that it can be improved based on the feedback from 2. I'm sorta concerned they'll end up homogenizing the two games, but considering how no one trusted Bloober the first time around, I'll just relax and wait.

WHO CARE'S - dashare.zone ADMIN

I couldn't find anything I wanted to play this weekend so I made a YTP I'm sorry Max youtu.be/ZfppXuq3BgU?...

Just finished reading Green Lantern through Blackest Night, and I really liked it... except for one thing: Cowgirl was introduced as a major character in #1, only to be part of a Betty-and-Veronica thing 20 issues later, then disappear entirely. WHY DOES EVERY WESTERN COMIC DO BETTY AND VERONICA

I feel like this panel should see way more use than it does. (Green Lantern 05, #48)

The next big Marvel fighting game won't be made by Capcom; I guess Infinite ended that relationship. All I really care about though is that my boy GHOST RIDER is in the launch lineup, hell yeah. Seems like Robbie Reyes will be the default skin, but I'm hoping we get Blaze and Ketch options as well.

I'm revisiting Snap to see if it's improved, and was instantly reminded of why I don't play Conquest. If someone at 3.3 times my collection level, who's won Infinity Conquest, with a top tier deck, complete with splits and borders, can lose to my budget ass list then you KNOW it's about luck.

Average Marvel villain: the hero, but evil. Average DC villain: big guy who can even hurt Superman. Average Doom Patrol villain: stick figure using The Painting That Eats People.

I read Animal Man because I heard it was an interesting little series and now I'm not sure I exist. Great run, I really recommend it. Coyote Gospel (issue 5) has to be one of my favorite single issues of any comic series.

One of my criticisms of Homeworld: Cataclysm was that it wasn't as difficult as Homeworld 1, which weakened the strength of the theme. I shouldn't have said that before the final mission. It heard me talking shit. It took two and a half hours. Not sure which game I like more.

The Homeworld games have such a unique form of difficulty. Most hard games feel stressful but exhilarating, but Homeworld... after 3 missions, I need to go sit outside and have a smoke. Process the sacrifices made. Glory to Kiith Somtaaw.

It's strange how companies treat their old IP. Imagine you had a sci-fi series with a groundbreaking narrative, and the best entry wasn't made by the original company, proving the strength of the format... just to turn it to junk 20 years later. Yep, Homeworld 3 is a shame. Preorder Marathon today!

20 years later, this camouflaged motherfucker can return to frustrate a new generation of adventure game players.

This random ragdolled NPC looks like he got cursed with the same shit that Sleeping Beauty got and had to make himself as dramatically kissable as possible before it kicked in

The Italian reaction to having a pope from Chicago is going to have its own Wikipedia article.

When I replayed Oblivion a couple years back, I only did Mage/Arena/Main quests, and they were less spectacular than I remembered. So, I was worried that my favorite parts, Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild, would disappoint me in the remaster. Nope, still the best questlines in the entire series.

My doctor prescribed a new med that should help a lot, but insurance denied it multiple times. Luckily, the manufacturer has an assistance program... which I don't qualify for. Therefore, it would cost me THIRTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Guess I'll keep fluctuating between sick and poor, as designed 👌

I love the time-capsule moments you find in old comic books, like the Flash bullying kids to steal all their pogs

Your yearly reminder that Neo Contra is kino

I've spent a little more time with the Oblivion remaster: * The new leveling system is so superior that it singlehandedly validates the whole thing * It can look washed out at times, but the changes are good overall * NPC faces are distractingly inconsistent * I wish you didn't sprint like Devilman

I was installing my new graphics card, and when I plugged it in, the red LED came on. Shit. Reworked all the cabling, red LED still on. It didn't come with a full manual, just a quickstart guide, so I go pull it up and see what it means... It means the computer is off, but the card is fine. FUCKIN

Parasite Eve 2 is the pinnacle of early-3D aesthetics. This intro isn't a cutscene, it's not on rails, it's just a perfectly prerendered and scripted tracking shot. For this to work on PS1 hardware is amazing.

I'm just going to keep posting old stuff I find on my drive. Good thing Oblivion memes are back.

I'm going back through my drive and finding old videos I posted years ago. I really love this clip from Lupin Part 1. Friendship is a beautiful thing.
