We are now in an age where cynicism, bullying, and overt cruelty are actively rewarded on social media. Remember to not take it on you. Engagement is what they want, don't give it. Stay united, know they do this because they are miserable, and have nothing to contribute but hate. Stay strong. ❤️

I feel like people always want to force film into these unfortunate binaries: good/bad, low/high budget and use that for arguments sake. I don’t think only “good” movies are worth discussion nor do I think big budget movies are inherently bad. Everything should be watched. Embrace it all.

In Iceland, on Christmas Eve, people give each other books so they can spend the evening drinking cocoa & reading. It’s called, Jolabokaflod, the Christmas book flood. I’ve never been more in love with Iceland than I am right now ♥️♥️
