Unfortunately I won’t be to DC in time, but this rally for Ukraine is happening in Lincoln memorial. Attend if you can and Slava Ukrainii!

EveryLibrary is deeply concerned by President Trump’s decision to fire the Archivist of the United States, Dr. Colleen Shogan, and the subsequent appointment of a political ally to oversee the National Archives. bit.ly/3EPWmpK Follow @everylibrary.bsky.social to support libraries

The National Archives safeguards our collective history, protects the public's right to know, and ensures transparency and accountability in government. action.everylibrary.org/nationalarch... follow @everylibrary.bsky.social to support libraries.

Federal law says that Trump is in office illegally, US code 18 subsection 2883 outlines he cannot legally hold any government position. Get a federal judge to enforce the law and rule that he needs to be removed immediately before we lose our democratic Republic.

Thank you, Dr. Conway: www.theverge.com/news/617014/...

Hello Americans! Here is a tour-de-force example of how to speak about the current US. Learn and enjoy the oratory fireworks! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jk0n...

It is time to end the special relationship with Trump Donald Trump in the White House: a relationship with a dishonest sexual predator and convicted criminal isn't a relationship. It's abuse centralbylines.co.uk/opinion/it-i...

“(Her significant other for over a year) grabbed her, shoved her, and pushed her out of the door.” The report says she showed the officer “bruises on her arm which appeared fresh.”

❗️Trump's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff said that during his last trip to Moscow, during which Mark Vogel was released, he "spent a lot of time with Putin and even developed a friendship with him" — Sky News

"Six weeks ago, we had the strongest economy, employment, and stock market in history. ..All gone in 30 days."

Seriously?? Well, why not, right?

So. It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year. I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.

I’m telling you @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social, please watch this. This is the energy. Not egg prices and book tours and strongly worded letters. It’s time to take the gloves off.

Go, go, go, go!!

Keep making real enemies within government, genius Trump administration! That'll serve all of you well. 😉

A defining policy battle is about to come to a head in this country. The Republican budget will force everyone - especially Congress and the White House - to make plain whether they are prepared to harm the rest of us in order to fund tax cuts for the wealthiest.

This is SICK.

@gaiasummerland.bsky.social like we were just saying. How do the Democrats think they even have a chance to save us at midterms. Like to let this continue is dumb AF. We know how this ends and it's the 22nd. People want to call us conspiracy theorists, meanwhile these crooks continue to tell us 🙄

You can really feel the anti-Trump sentiment building, and it's not Kitchen-Table Americans complaining about egg prices, it's about the contempt for the rule of law, the reckless cuts, the abandonment of allies, the mistreatment of other Americans

A year ago this month, Trump said he would encourage Russia to attack NATO allies and "do whatever the hell they want" unless allies paid up. We thought it was so important, we ran it on the front page of the @mississippifreepress.org at a time when the New York Times and others didn't.

So the President not only fired the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He also fired the top JAGs at the Army, Navy and Air Force. Those are the lead people who determine what is a legal order and what is not. So if you're planning to do things that are illegal they're the most obvious obstacle.

Hubs clicks on the tv and some fired govt employee who voted for Trump is saying, "I thought with his business acumen . . ." and that's all I heard because I couldn't stop laughing. 😆😆😆😆😆

NOBODY VOTED FOR MUSK'S LITTLE INTERNET RANDOS, ANY NOBODY SHOULD ACCEPT WHAT THE FUCK THEY'RE DOING.

Watching IRS workers on the evening news saying how they already didn't have enough processors for this season. Now they've been fired. And he's talking about changing the post office. Hard to believe his businesses all fail. 😐 /s

I mean, he did fly over directly to see Putin just before the election. One had to assume prior contact, at least I did.

Good times.

Always stand up to a bully

A former Soviet intelligence officer alleges Trump was recruited by the KGB in 1987 and given the codename “Krasnov.” Alnur Mussayev served in the 6th Directorate, responsible for counter-intelligence support in the economy. One key objective was “recruiting businessmen from capitalist countries.”

Donald Trump and Elon Musk have fired “multiple FAA lawyers whose job was to help prevent pilots with drug and alcohol problems from getting in the cockpit.” Musk and Trump want you to die in an airplane crash. www.rollingstone.com/politics/pol...
