My back after drawing for the day. I do go to the gym to weigh lift, the strength helps a bit. Perhaps start with a light yoga or stretching to start?

I couldn't read lotr due to ADHD. I'd get to Fangorn Forest repeatedly but finally finished the series this year with audiobooks.
