Personally; make a separate NSFW account, I have one and it's better imo so you don't remove like half of more of your audience and people can choose to seek it out if they want it. Not to mention it's easier to moderate cause running an NSFW account means more moderation

Dandy is trying to make the toons feel sane by having them go down and fix the pipes so they don't get infected and keep the Ichor going like a heart, Dandy is oddly immune to the infection being permanent due to being a prototype (maybe he killed the handlers out of frustration for abandoning them)

How I see the lore; Ichor gives the toons life however after the garden got abandoned the Ichor is now tainted due to lack of upkeep hench the twisted being formed from strong emotions trauma and facing the fact of their reality. 1/2 v
