The Ukrainian president also believes that NATO members' plans to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP by 2035 are "too slow," adding: "We believe that starting in 2030, Putin may have significantly greater capabilities."

A rich, developed nation is one with a healthy, well educated population and low poverty. It is investments in people’s health, education, and careers that makes a nation GREAT.

This decision is bad enough on the merits. But it also gives the government relief in a case in which it defied the district court at least *twice.* That’s quite a message to send to the government with respect to the costs of its litigation behavior in other cases—or the complete lack thereof.

Axios reports that the Iranians notified the Trump administration in advance of their recent missile launches on US targets in Qatar, Iraq, and Kuwait. That is a very good sign for peace, but again only if Trump is willing to accept it as such.

My big concern here: Trump knew this was coming because this is what has happened in the past, yet he decided to publicly state in advance that he would go ballistic if Iran launched any missiles at American targets, which seems to me like a pretext to engage in a full-scale war.
