I’m definitely still seeing people clutching their pearls over resisting ICE because of the threat of martial law. As if that isn’t all but a guarantee at this point. The fascists WILL grab power, whether that is resisted or not. Don’t make it easy for them.

I share this unpopular opinion. I do not respect military service. I do not respect “serving your country”. Volunteering to be a killer out of a nationalistic sense of duty is no better than volunteering explicitly because you want to be a killer. There is zero moral justification for it.

Shitlib logic. The Party and its Heroes cannot fail, only be failed. And somehow, a losing strategy (supporting Israel instead of Palestine) wasn’t a losing strategy, it was still the voters’ fault. Thanks for the sterling insight, Principal Skinner.
