I think it depends on your clientele, my local farm shops will keep eggs, cookies, honey, ice cream, milk, cheese. The larger ones will keep bread as well, but many don't as they are unmanned and essentially just work via an honesty till.

I definitely seen a lot of people saying that they would really like simple old bikes, but freshened up with warranties and all that
it's the reason bikes like the DR650 stick around despite being so old

I use my motorcycle for transporting eggs from the farm shop to my house multiple times a week as realistically it's the only way to buy them. They are not scrambled from vibrations and I've not yet had one broken from the ride.
