Coloring books help me alot to unwind. I have a dedicated anxiety/ stress blanket that I only use if I need to relax (I gaslight my brain basically), some lavender scents/candles, a hot shower helps before bed. Lofi music is also good! Most for me is more anxiety based tho

I tried every fucking thing you can find online. My pc is not even on 50% anywhere in taskmanager. Idk dude.
We are gonna clean my pc now and apply new cooler paste to the cpu. That shit is beyond dry and crusty. Maybe that helps. Maybe my cpu was just overheating

Personally I hate them. I get a terrible headache from the heavy air, the loud sounds and flashy lights scare me so much & I had a really bad experience in the past with lightning. Sooo... I really don't like them at all. They give me a terrible panic attack, especially when at night 😤
