What can help: - practicing setting boundaries, starting with smaller things first e.g. what to have for dinner - replacing apologies e.g. β€œthanks for your patience” - safe relationships where you can be yourself - reflecting on what you ACTUALLY want in a situation - neuroaffirming therapy
