Donald Duck is obviously unstable. Mickey Mouse has that "Tom Cruise - Nice, But Nothing Behind His Eyes" thing. But Goofy seems like a good guy. My dad met Goofy a long time ago at a Baltimore Ravens game of all places. He said he was super down to earth and really kind.
