100% correct. Courts matter only if we agree they matter. SCOTUS only engaged in judicial review slowly and progressively, in order to gain increasing acceptance, legitimacy, and authority. It took centuries to build that legitimacy, but it takes very little time to tear it apart.

Welker, the story is not whether these two have a united front on media interviews. Such lazy analysis. The story is that Trump and Musk are making clear policy moves to gut Social Security, among a range of other programs. I swear, there are almost no more journalists, just broadcasters.
