It's going to be a long four years (or less hopefully) for lawyers and the court system if they're the only ones with a pulse doing anything. At a minimum they're sharing what to come back with if a suit fails, to get it to win "next round", if they don't grant something due to 'technical' issues.

If I stop working, even if it's a massive strike of millions of people, I lose my job, can't pay bills, and lose my home. π
France likely has very different technicalities to where people are protected while protesting/striking than what we're given.

No deal.
A lot of us have seen the resiliency of Ukraine since 2014. I certainly believe if US fails (as an ally and/or as a country), Ukraine will continue on. Being a past ally doesn't do anything for them looking forward, which is what they must continue to do to survive.

Either one will have my vote as he's a Michigan resident. Would love to see him as our senator, and future POTUS.

When recruiting is at an all time low, firing military people seems a bit... like punching yourself in the eyeball.

Do it. Flicker the lights a little, just every few minutes cycle the power. Give SOME people something to think on.
I'll just be like "ope it's Canada, you go girl!"

The last time DC messed with Canada, there was big repair bills on our side, so let's not.
I'd rather become a part of Canada tbf. π

But Ukraine is on my bucket list to visit once it's safe to do so in the hopefully nearish future. How the world reacts to US's crappy pullout game will determine length of time before I can see the country.

Our government is the bad guy.
Us people, we're along for the ride, 75% of us unwillingly and not enjoying it one bit.

Michigan is basically Canada already. They're our largest trade partner and the number of border crossings to work/live on either side is more than you can imagine. β€οΈπ¨π¦

Your last sentence is on par with my sentiments. I say, they should do this. Contingency plans for when we really fall apart. π€·ββοΈ

Is this sarcasm? I hope it's sarcasm. Because until we can pinpoint who is in charge... we , the people, cannot take any legal action against them.
