Suspect the Serbs realise they will be the next country annexed by Putin. Serbs love a fight, even when they mostly lose. But even more they prefer a profit, regardless of who dies.

2x A50s? They only had 3 left! That pretty much leaves Russia defenceless against a serious aerial attack.
They basically only have ground based radars to identify threats & control responses. And ground based units are easier to attack.

Make it so, but offer a Universal Basic Income so people don't need to focus on earning a wage. AI, automation & computerisation are removing millionsof jobs anyway.
