I can’t recall how many tourists visited Greenland when I was there in 2010. But once in Nuuk, the only way to visit the country is by boat. There are no roads between the towns.

Food Lab by Kinji Alt-Lopez - surprised it’s not on the list. Salt Fat Acid Heat is one that I consult often as well. I was happy to see nods to Madhur Jaffrey, Joy of Cooking, and to Marcella Hazan for her Bolognese (her other recipes are superb too).
