It's a satire site, unfortunately.

Right? Watching the anime adaptation of those parts on Toonami as a kid is a big part of what got me into anime in the first place.

Yeah, that's Naruto alright. The highs are great, but it can be pretty inconsistent. IMO it peaked early on, then had trouble maintaining that as the story grew larger than Kishimoto could really handle.

Because if you really are a lawyer, you need to get a refund on your law degree.

That's also quite possible, all the info there is pretty easily available from other public sources, too.

He unfortunately might be real. The bar number on his website at the very least does belong to a Jon Ivy who works in environmental law.

Yeah, it's really hard to tell after this latest episode, although I can see a way for them to do it if that's the plan.

Yeah, that would've been much better. As is, I feel like they could've integrated the early character building and the overarching plot better, although basically all my issues will be resolved if it gets another cour (and I'm still enjoying it as is).

Yeah, I'm not really sure what the plan is. It spent half its run on the clan battle stuff, but now a lot of that feels irrelevant to the climax its building towards.

I'm still hoping it gets another season, I don't really know how it could resolve all this with just two more episodes.

The national guard is kind of weird since it’s created by federal law, but is usually under the command of the states. There’s federal law allowing the president to take command under certain circumstances, though. The lawsuit is basically saying that those circumstances aren’t present here.

Not under sanctuary laws, but there's currently a lawsuit challenging Trump taking command of the National Guard as unlawful.

Sakura isn't a bad character in and of herself, but Kishimoto is really terrible at using her for anything.
