Opting out of the body scanner and getting a pat down instead. While I also opted out of facial recognition, there’s no complicated process for that part. They just say “okay” and make you scan your boarding pass.

In yoga, it's common to increase the intensity of a posture by slowing it down and focusing on form and breathing. Our instructor will sometimes have us do a plank to chaturanga transition one inch at a time, pausing, holding, and checking in on form at each.
