Well that’s less than ideal.

What does it mean to be “in the middle” relative to, on the one hand, a Nazi like Christopher Rufo, and on the other, a liberal like Jamelle Bouie?

Obviously it doesn’t matter, but isn’t this flatly illegal in a number of ways, not the least of which is the Hatch Act?

If it’s possible to truly alter your circumstances, and to be better for it, then it’s hard to justify the stasis that they advocate, both personally and politically. “Don’t move too fast or go to far!” suddenly seems quite callous under that reality.

I also had to book travel through a government portal, and got a specified stipend for incidentals rather than being reimbursed for my claimed expenses.
There’s already very little opportunity for fraud, so what’re they hoping to address here?

It’s also insane because, at least when I was a fed, the individual employee has to pay the bill for the travel card. The government doesn’t pay it itself, I paid it directly and then got reimbursed via my paycheck.

And in the meanwhile, the kids who commit suicide and the people whose lives are otherwise destroyed just...wait patiently for the process to work out in their favor?

So the rules weren't as important those three times, because people were putting society's needs ahead of their own needs?

Would you make the argument that his actions were right?

26 of those times?
I can think of at least three that weren't passed by the rules.

Well then I guess, did was John Wilkes Booth right to do what he did? Lincoln decimated the constitutional order.

I don't even know what to make of this statement.
If you had a way to defeat Musk and Trump, right now, that was against the rules, would you use it?

Sure, a lot of things should be true.
But we're way past the point where we can indulge in what we'd like to be true, or think ought to be true.

We don't live in a stable, functioning society.

And again, to say that your opinions are irrelevant, on a discussion forum where all we do is share our opinions, is nonsensical.
Why are you so steadfast in your refusal to make your views plain?

Are you actually as ignorant as you’re pretending to be here?

“You can build all the dick rockets you want to go to Mars while you try to leave the rest of us on the burning Earth. We’re gonna take control. This is our world, and it’s our government, and it’s our money.”

Ha, solid typo on my part. Should’ve been “he”, for Stephen.

I suppose you can disagree with her assertion, but what did she say that was “hyperbolic”?

I’m not asking out of the blue seeker, I’m trying to get you to clarify the very post that started this conversation.
Why won’t you?

I don’t know is simply not an answer to the question, unless you’re saying that you’re very concerned about this but, somehow, lack information you would need to know if teachers are secretly turning cis kids trans.
Is that what you’re saying?

What other areas of pediatric medical practice have a concerning evidentiary basis, by your lights?

You haven’t answered, indeed you’ve consistently refused to.
Why?

Seeker, this is pathetic. Why are you so determined to refuse to answer such a basic question, one that flows directly from your posts?
comment in response to

So you think it could be happening? That it's possible that:
1) Cis kids are going to school
2) Teachers are nefariously convincing them to be trans
You think that's possible?
comment in response to
post
How can that possibly be true? Either you believe what I stated is happening, or you don't.
Which is it?

Your opinions are incredibly relevant. Do you believe what I laid out in my skeet?
comment in response to

Do you genuinely think that's what's happening is;
1 - Cis kids go to school
2- Teachers secretly convince them they're trans
Is that what you honestly believe?

This is disgusting, even for you.
