Hi Ian, love your reporting! What are your thoughts on Sotomayor focusing on how a jury would be swayed by learning that Sneed lied when, as Thomas points out, Napue's materiality test is instead about the counterfactual of a jury exposed to Sneed's bipolar disorder from the start?

Thanks for the update! Yeah, it's really unreasonable for Lutke to claim that Trudeau had some way to avoid these tariffs when the amount of fentanyl and illegal immigrants crossing the US-Canada border is already so low

For all your Nazi comparisons, you need to review how the 1933 Reichstag fire eliminated the meeting spot of opposition parties, allowing Hitler to consolidate power. If Dems walk out of Congress, their ability to collectively strategize goes away

First, the Senate only needs a majority of its members for a quorum to begin voting, so a Dem walkout would have made it even easier for Hegseth. Second, claims of rigging for Trump in 2024 are unfounded and only help Republicans sow distrust in democracy

Seconding! Love frog facts 🐸 but the $5.25 shipping for a postcard is way higher than the 73¢ cost of a stamp, so I'd be fine donating $25 without receiving anything

Even Trump hasn’t been able to avoid the requirement to post all proposed regulations to regulations.gov for public comment before they go into effect. You can sort by the agencies you care about to see what’s proposed and if you make a good argument against it, the agency is required to respond

Are you sure this is correct? Shopify prominently removed Trump from selling on its platform after Jan 6th, 2021, so I’m not sure what measures you’re referring to being lobbied for in Canada

Similarly, there was a Bacon WikiCup held from 2010 to 2012 to improve bacon-related articles!
