Not really feeling attached to your gender is part of it.
For people who mask around others, their gender can be part of the mask. So they feel like their gender around other people but not when they are alone. That can be another part of it.

This sounds like autigender, which is often associated with autism but can also be associated with other neurodivergences.

If you are looking for the autistic community, there are various feeds for autism related posts.
You can subscribe to the feeds you like and pin them as well.
For instance, your post showed up in this feed, which is the main one I use.

My internal screaming is so loud that I'm surprised the windows don't shatter.

Thank you for acknowledging that trans healthcare is life or death for many trans people.
Too many orgs have responded by telling trans people that we're valid. Validity won't keep us alive.

It's literally white-supremacist christian nationalism.
It doesn't get more christian than that.

I hate that
I'm saying what I think is right based on my years of experience. If it's not right, I'm happy to change my mind. Just tell me why it's not right
Meanwhile, the neurotypicals are all doing mortal combat over their ideas. They don't care about being right. They just want to win

We don't need the court to tell us who we are. Many of us need the fucking healthcare that's keeping us alive.
Would you do this messaging for any other healthcare?
"Sorry that you're diabetic and the court took your insulin away, but they can't define who you are."

Some trans people are willing to compromise on whether they should exist or not.
"Maybe non-existence isn't so bad, and we should be willing to try it," said a person the NY Times dreamed up for this article.

It's very scary, but there is a big community here. We're all going through the nightmare together, and there's plenty of people who can answer questions.
It can also help to find a local community. Having other people around can help a lot.

Trans just means that your gender is different than how you were assigned at birth. You're the only one who can decide that.
You don't need to do anything to be trans just like cis people don't need to do anything to be cis.
