If "law enforcement" openly breaks the law, then why should anyone obey them? US Representatives have a legal right––and obligation––to inspect ICE prisons. By refusing to honor this, ICE forfeits any remotely plausible claim to legitimacy. Abolish ICE. And get them the hell out of Chicago.
