We just watched Conclave. Oh my word! The cinematography was amazing, and the story was so good! Isabella Rossellini was a little surprise treat. It was funny telling @elliottucker.bsky.social about knowing cardinals etc, when after bapitsm he was brought up a totally non catholic kid

The Irish gov don't agree with Sinn Féin's decision to boycott the Shamrock Thing at the White House, saying it's better to 'be in the room'... but, this guy gets off on people falling over themselves to 'be in the room'. Wouldn't it hurt him more to say "Nah, I don't want to be in your room"?
