(📢) MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: The Daily Beast publishes a sourced allegation that Trump has been a Russian spy since 1987 and then—possibly under some form of threat—deletes it. But in an act of unusual heroism, it left it up long enough for Wayback Machine to capture it text. Here it is (please share):

There have never been kings in America. The monarchy doesn't start now.

A friend from the VA just sent this and asked me to share. PMDB is Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior in the workplace. THIS is the real war against women: being forced to say there are only 2 genders but not being allowed to mention 96% of violence is perpetrated by men.

Media says: Where are the Dems? I say: WHERE the hell is the media? đź“ŚThousands of us stood in the cold here in Wisconsin and across the country protesting Musk's attack on our privacy, and it barely got a mention. đź“ŚDems are fighting, but the media has once again fallen at Trump's fat, little feet.

This language describes a coup. You have to be a government employee, subject to the rules & procedures that bind gov employees, to do this kind of work. This is a blatant abuse of the public trust by the Trump administration, a true 5-alarm fire. www.wired.com/story/elon-m...

These are the dems that voted to confirm the guy that just handed the Treasury to Musk: Blunt Rochester Booker Cantwell Coons Fetterman Gallego Gillibrand Hassan Hickenlooper Kaine Kelly King (Independent) Peters Shaheen Slotkin Warner

Orban starved civil society that could oppose him, staffed the state with his allies, and sent $ to himself and his cronies. But he suborned the state: Trump is blowing it up. Eg, Orban targeted welfare to his base: Trump would raise drug prices for all. Same with the blanket OMB directive.

Bernie Sanders: Is healthcare a human right? Kennedy: In the way that free speech as a human right, I would say it's different, because free speech doesn't cost anybody anything...

Vote suppression cost Kamala Harris no less than 3,565,000 votes. If all legal voters were allowed to vote, and if all legal ballots were counted, Harris would have topped Trump’s official total by 1.2 million. youtu.be/0LN65qFUDDo

And incidentally, ONE REASON I said it was important to blame John Roberts rather than Merrick Garland for Trump not going to trial, aside from it being true & blaming Garland requires y'all making shit up, is so ROBERTS gets held accountable for these pardons. www.emptywheel.net/2024/12/30/t...

One of my favorite docs just posted this on FB đź’™

It is imperative that DOJ dismiss all of its pending voting rights cases and withdraw from those in which it has intervened. The Biden administration should not hand over cases in which Dhillon can have DOJ switch sides and undermine voting rights. We are on our own from here.

As a veteran, I can tell you this: They have no f*cking idea of the backlash this would create. If they start taking away the promised benefits of people who are already depressed and pissed off 3/4 of the time... taskandpurpose.com/news/veteran...

I’m super excited to announce I'm part of an amazing team (<3 @williambrady.bsky.social @killianmcloughlin.bsky.social @mjcrockett.bsky.social) that just published a paper in @science.org on the role of outrage in spread of misinformation Link here: science.org/doi/10.1126/... Summary in🧵🔽 1/

Pay attention to Oklahoma. Bibles in classrooms isn't the big story. The same legal teams behind the seeding of Dobbs are driving a case to create religious schools fully funded by the public & they've already petitioned the Supreme Court. Understandably, everyone was focused on the election.
