Congress shall make no law… abridging the right to free speech. 1st Amendment, United States Constitution. Apparently Kootenai Co. Sheriff Noriss doesn’t think that applies to him, nor does he respect the Constitution, nor the Constitutional rights of Idaho Citizens.

At tonight’s West Point Founders Day in Orlando, classmate from Class of 75 and former Supe LTG (R) Bob Caslen & I had the distinct honor of moderating a discussion with MG (R) John Raaen, class of 1943, who landed at Omaha Beach with the Rangers on D-Day. Just an awesome evening!

Tempted to email my list of 5 bullet point accomplishments to [email protected] but what kind of list do you think that will put me on?

Today's snow goose report, they're walking on ice edition. At this point my brain was just kind of done for the day and I have nothing else to say about that. 🪶

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

The fact that the sheriff took his hands off her and backed off after she repeatedly said 'Bob, you know this is a bad idea' is telling. Then he sent in goons who don't identify themselves and look like bumbling idiots... Whole situation screams illegal. I'll personally chip in to any legal fund

1) I reversed the polarity of the antimatter exchanger. 2) I rejuvenated the dilithium in the warp core. 3) I bypassed the transporter circuits. 4) I executed a slingshot maneuver around the sun. 5) I prevented Edith Keeler from getting hit by a truck, and now there are Nazis everywhere I look.

Sir or Ma’am, Please find below bullets documenting my accomplishments for the week of 2/17: 1. you're like a dream come true 2. just wanna be with you 3. girl, it's plain to see that you're the only one for me, and 4. repeat steps one through three 5. make you fall in love with me

#FiveThingsIDidThisWeek 1. I stood up to a dictator on Monday. 2. I proudly proclaimed this he is #NotMyPresident 3. I lived proudly as a scientist 4. I put my country ahead of myself 5. I decided that democracy is more important than eggs

If you haven’t yet, go watch Josh Johnson’s set from Asheville, NC. “Art can save your life, but entertainment can never be your salvation…if you want a revolution. If you want change. You’re going to have to go get some.” Spectacular. youtu.be/TgKsG6NZSIo

Sending a mass email to Congress, demanding an explanation of legislation passed, executed, or defended / decided or enjoined by the Close of Business Monday Pacific Standard Time or assume they're no longer MY Congress. Sending a mass email to the White House, Pink Slip and a stop work order.

Day just got better!

Trump tried a seizure of power in 2021. It didn't work, because he relied only on a violent mob. The military and FBI stayed loyal to the Constitution. This time, with approval of the Republican Senate, Trump has installed anti-constitutional putschists at FBI, DoD, and Pentagon

Genuine Q for civ-mil folks: how do you reconcile civilian control of military/the president's right to choose team/"the right to be wrong", vs. avoiding hyper-politicizing the military (much less asking it to do abhorrent things)? Really asking since civ-mil folks have been eloquent on both points.

Sorry, think there's an issue with the title. It should be: "To Save Academia, Implement Affirmative Action for Conservatives"

-40º is incidentally the point at which the C and F scales intersect. In other words, -40º C is the same temperature as -40º F. It's also really fucking cold to be dancing outdoors. IDK how he does it.

Fun Fact: Noah's Arc was actually a quantum computer. At 300 qubits long, 50 qubits wide, and 30 qubits tall, it had 450,000 qubits in total. That far outpaces the 1,121 qubits in IBM's Condor quantum computer.

For all the horrible that we have, Here too we have Idaho #notterrible #idaho #softturns #skijoy #yepitsbogus

One of my best friends and coworkers was told he’s most likely going to be laid off tomorrow because he’s a probationary employee He’s only probationary because he’s a veteran hire and they have a 2 yr rather than 1 yr period He’s the highest performing person here This is so fucking stupid
