Yes I think the new rules are about new developments rather than existing ones sadly, but any decisions affecting a block need to be done by consensus.

Not sure about end of life, but if the property is sold to a developer there would have to be some kind of consensus to do so or to demolish. The costs and revenue shared between them all

The commonholders would pay. It is their property in the end. But I'd expect they decide what services to provide insurance, gardening etc.

They are proposing to change to commonhold. Means the landlord element is removed and the commonholders take the decisions

I've just come over too. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet for now and being able to see the ino that is interesting rather than the spam and far right nonsense
