op is so right it gets so much harder for me to return to any sort of diet if i break it at all 😔 i think it would feel so good to resist the craving and continue the streak. no guilt no worries just a feeling of “yeah i did that”.

agreed but op’s advice is really good because people don’t really know who is behind the acc. i think teens have a harder time ignoring comments like this and it gets really disheartening really quick.
