I think that might be difficult to quantify as 'fail' could mean anything from delayed, on pause, cancelled, or didn't work. The country which is progressing well I reckon it's Germany!

🤔 I don't think they're anti-hydrogen. Everything comes at a cost. I'm researching into water supply for h2 & there's concern here in Scotland about scarcity... And it bloody rains most days haha I can share some papers if interested! Good news, there are ways around it... Or I'm working on it 😊 🦾

Interesting. I wondering how long it takes to charge battery... My understanding was that was a key barrier in battery use.
