Great to see an FLGS supporting indie games. I'd love to get in some more Deth Wizards game, if only I knew where this was. Do they sell the POD rulebook at the store? I heard something about support from Wargame Vault or Snarling Badger for retail stores but I can't remember where now.

Pretty sure this one project spiked my blood pressure on multiple occasions ;-)

Iron Warriors hate it when things are easy. You must suffer for hours until your hands cramp into misshapen claws so that your hazard stripes are perfectly aligned and proportioned, or be decimated.

When I find out where I can get one of these printed it's going into my Deth Wizards horde.

Also this is the best and most practical use of magnetic paint I have ever seen. (Intentionally ignoring the amazing Hazelands scenery on the front because everyone else will point that out.)

"People thought that I had died but I was merely covered in foam." This sounds like the difference between the Hans Christian Andersen vs. Disney versions of The Little Mermaid.

Yeah, I've done it for some of my minis, you can in fact see right down the barrel of the mini in my profile pic. But it bugs me when people start posting about it like it's something everyone needs to do to their minis. It's a pain to do well, takes a lot of time, and requires special tools.

would it still feel like reddit without them?

Ah yeah, I had forgotten about the Target ones, guess I wasn't interested in those. Anyway I think the B&N ones have usually shown up on their web store.

Just trying to reassure you (and anyone else) that they will probably be easily available whether they are exclusive or not. So far, the Battletech exclusives haven't been like some other companies exclusive or limited releases, so don't rush out and pay FOMO prices ;-)
comment in response to post
Which ones were exclusive? Not trying to call you out here or anything, I just don't know. I ordered one or two of the earlier B&N exclusives from their site, and then saw them all over the place in stores (of course, after I purchased from the website).

Barnes & Noble also has a website, you know....

I still have that ruined cardstock chapel and I think we used it in a game last year.

This is the best and most accurate BattleTech Gothic take I have seen since the announcement.

There was a thing people used to do, way back in the depths of time before the Internet. When they wanted to know something about how things used to be, they would talk to people who were there at the time. I guess that skill is lost to us now....

It's a wild take because you provided no constructive solutions. Tell us how you dealt with your own fascists, what worked and what didn't?
