Bonus:
Doctor Aphra (2025):
Obviously Chelli Lona Aphra
But this year, I think she will share the cover with one of her girlfriends. I'm leaning towards Sana Starros, but hoping for Magna Tolvan.
And again, delusional me is hoping for both, all three on one cover.

The Rise of Skywalker adaptation 5:
Either Garree and Maree (KB's mothers from Skeleton Crew) or (as already mentioned) Holdo or just someone entirely different
Wrobie Tyce and Larma D'Arcy immediately come to mind, but they were already on the Star Wars (2020) 25 Pride Variant cover in 2022.

Star Wars (2025) 2:
Eleodie Maracavanya
This might be a very delusional take, but Eleodie did appear in TBOJ - Last Stand, so zhe might re-appear in this comic run. The Pride Variant collection always had one currently prominent genderqueer character, and I think this year it will be Eleodie.

Legacy of Vader 5:
Amilyn Holdo
I'm fairly certain that she will be part of this years Pride collection, given that she is a pretty prominent queer character. I'm sure that if she's not on the Legacy of Vader cover, she will be on the TROS adaptation or the Star Wars (2025) cover.

Jedi Knights 4:
Mother Aniseya and Mother Koril
They were last year's most prominent queer character from life action Star Wars and the Jedi Knights run fits perfectly, because it doesn't have any prominent queer characters (yet) and it takes place before TPM, just like The Acolyte.

The High Republic: Fear of the Jedi 4 or 5:
Either Lourna Dee and Quin or Tey Sirrek and Vildar Mac
I'm leaning towards Lourna and Quin, but I'm hoping for a cover depicting old Tey remembering Vildar.
(Also, delusional me is hoping that issues 4 and 5 are released in June and we get both)

Now I want Azlin to go to Gazian in Trials of the Jedi and meet like awsome force users of the past ðŸ˜

Maybe in flashbacks or as a hologram recording or (since it is a Charles Soule book) in the Living Sea of Gazian. We know that Azlin Rell visited the Living See at one point. (Elzar Mann also visited the Living Sea, but that must have happened during the events of Phase I.)

The Great Jedi Rescue, Showdown At The Fair and Battle for Starlight are audiobook adaptations of picture books of the same name.
It really is an interesting decision to adapt picture books as audiobooks, because most of the content (arguably all the important content) is obviously lost.

The first three re-tell the story of the three Phase I novels (LOTJ, TRS, TFS). Seeds of Starlight takes place after Beware and Tears of the Nameless and I assume before Into the Light and A Valiant Vow.

Maybe Heir to the Jedi, it is a really underrated canon novel.
Or Padawan, it's one of my favorite YA novels.
