I grew up with a deep respect for land, water, & the planet we call home. I’ve always worked so future generations have a bright future with clean energy jobs as well as clean air, water and landscapes. As Governor, I’ll continue that fight. I'm grateful to have @protectnm.bsky.social endorsement.

Sigh. Medicare (dis)"Advantage" is for-profit private insurance. I would NEVER willingly get it, despite its token carrots like covering acupuncture and chiropractic in some markets, or a bit of dental work. It's a rip off and they can deny you treatment for any capricious reason.

I was wondering why we hadn't heard from or about Al Gore for a while. His 1989 book, "Earth in the Balance," was hugely influential on me. I bought it for my dad for Christmas and we both appreciated it ("enjoyed" is not quite the right word, though there was a lot more hope then).

It’s not too late to show up, many protests are still getting started, and we’re already over 2 million+. Today has been incredible. Small towns across America doubled or even tripled their turnout compared to 4/5. Way to go! We never expected these small towns to show up with this kind of force!

So glad they are going to places like Bakersfield that have long been known to be conservative. She is so smart and so full of heart. I used to teach in Bakersfield for the Healing Light Center Church back in the day a little over 30 years ago. They were always people who were open to Healing.
