Ah, Pendleton "worms" one of the things I miss about living in Portland. I like the solid ones - they make incredibly squishy rugs/blankets. They also helped me be more wild with colors.

There is no Medicaid advantage, that is Medicare. It is a huge rip-off.
There are states that contract with health insurance companies to manage their Medicaid - California is a good example, Nevada has it in the two urban areas (Las Vegas and Reno, but is planning on expanding to the entire state
