Well, that's another PB for SMB2J any%, 7:56.116. This was 7:55 pace into 8-4 but I decided to play safe since I was on a framerule I didn't know the patterns for haha.

Well, after a tiny bit of practice, I booted up 2J and got a 7:56.698 on demand. It's probably the most insane accomplishment I have done so far. I don't know what to say haha.

UPDATE: Thanks to help from @simplistic6502.bsky.social, he was able to help with getting the alternate mushroom retainers fully functional. They take up a lot of space and now if we want more CHR we're gonna need to bump it up to 128K haha.

Went back to SMB Definitive Warps 8★4 and got a new PB of 13:31.231! An improvement of 1.5 seconds compared to the 13:32.778, most of it coming from 8★4!

I got the WR in Gimmick! Any%! This is the first record to include the new and difficult Level 1 Skip that was found a few months ago. It... also includes an 11-second time loss in Level 3 coming from a silly death :)
