After Gov Newsom reasserts control of the CA National Guard, he needs to appoint generals in charge of the CA Guard who will not respond to orders by the WH to federalize the CA Guard UNTIL the CA Attorney General provides them with a written opinion that they do or don’t need to obey those orders!

I love our local police (they are great and well respected by our community) who are adept at defusing situations. BUT ICE seems to have intentionally recruited fascist brutes who relish being physically abusive. We need to defund ICE!

Tom Homan and Stephen Miller are fascists and unAmerican. They are reminiscent of Hitler’s brown shirts! ICE needs to be reigned in and forced to behave like any other police force with cameras. Can’t cover their faces, must identify themselves and read people their Miranda rights.
