I review coaching websites using simple language (no tech jargon). Backed by digital marketing data and human psychology, powered by empathy. I love: reading, board games, helping people fix their websites, and dogs. websitewellness.co/#signup

The Website Wellness Weekly newsletter goes out every Wednesday! This week's topic is: Privacy Policies - does your coaching site need one?? Sign up to find out tomorrow morning: websitewellness.co#signup

#WebsiteWellness tip of the day: The formula for website #conversions is pretty simple: (Your ideal coaching client) + (their motivation to solve their problem) - (friction points on your website) = a "Book Now" click! I can help you solve this formula... 1/2

People visiting your coaching website want to know one thing: "Can this coach help me with my specific problem?" A well-placed testimonial, from a real person, that answers that question can be like a picture: worth a thousand words. Avoid generic testimonials and you'll reap the rewards.

Today's newsletter was all about testimonials. My #1 tip when it comes to building credibility quickly is to have one GREAT testimonial high up on your coaching website homepage. Include the person's picture and name, if at all possible. Sign up to get next week's email in the link below

So many #coaches get their clients thru referrals - word of mouth is a client-generating machine! The next best thing? Hyper-specific testimonials on your website! Tomorrow's newsletter gets into how to maximize your testimonials, even when it feels kinda cringe! Sign-up link below...

I strongly urge you, with love, to resist the urge to have all-caps, center-aligned paragraphs on your website. Visually, I get it, it looks powerful and important. But it's a stumbling block for readability. And that friction could be costing you clients.

#WebsiteWellness tip: It's a fairly significant miracle for someone to find your coaching website through Google. (That goes for me as well!) But if they actually find you and click your link, and your site takes longer than 2 seconds to load, there's a very high likelihood they will bounce. 1/2

My Website Wellness Weekly newsletter went out this morning. I talked about website speed and how it can affect your #coaching #conversions, as well as your #SEO. I have a few speed issues to fix on my website when it comes to speed (mostly img size), but it's a WIP! 1/2

Your gorgeous high-res photos might be the reason nobody's booking #discoverycalls with you. 😨 Wednesday's #newsletter shows you 5 simple speed fixes that don't require tech skills. Subscribe today - the email goes out tomorrow morning! websitewellness.co#signup

Is your #coaching #website secretly driving away potential #clients? Tomorrow's newsletter talks about the "3-second rule" that determines whether visitors stay or leave. It might explain why your beautiful site isn't converting! Subscribe now for the fix. 👀 websitewellness.co#signup

Aaaaand we're LIVE!! websitewellness.co So nervous and excited to post this this morning. But it's time. Thank you to the coaches who were my "guinea pigs" so I could work out my process! I'm also launching a newsletter - the Website Wellness Weekly (link below).

#WebsiteWellness tip: Add a "Not ready to book?" option to your site. Giving people a low-commitment alternative (like a quiz or guide) actually increases main bookings by acknowledging their hesitation. I call it a "foot in the door" option. Low-stakes, but grants you access to them.

#WebsiteWellness tip: Stop using stock photos of success symbols like mountain peaks and handshakes. Real, candid photos of you working with clients boost trust by 40% compared to polished stock images. It's a worthwhile investment. #coachbusiness #websitetips #trustbuilders

#WebsiteWellness tip: Your "Book Now" button shouldn't be everywhere. Too many CTAs create decision fatigue. Place ONE strong call-to-action per page at the exact moment someone feels ready to take action. #BookMoreClients #CoachingBusiness #CoachingTips

#WebsiteWellness tip: Remove those fancy testimonial sliders! Static testimonials get 30% more reads than moving carousels. People actually skip content that moves without their control. #websiteoptimization #coachmarketing #coachingbusiness

"Daniel was encouraging and affirming while navigating honest critique expertly. I now know how to take action to have my website better match the level of professionalism that my business has attained." Kristi Foster, fostervoicestudio.com

"Daniel gave such a thoughtful and in-depth review of every part of my website that the biggest takeaway for me was that I actually CAN do this. And with a few tweaks, I can make my website 10x more effective." Thanks Tessa! #website #coaching #cro #ux

How much are you using video? On your website, on social media, or on YouTube? All of the above? Video has the potential to revolutionize your conversions. Particularly if you're the face of your company. It's unbeatable for building that Know/Like/Trust factor.

If you're a coach looking to boost your website's conversion rate, I still have a few spots left for a free Website Wellness Review. Just trying to streamline my processes and get some testimonials before I launch! websitewellness.co

I'm not a big fan of most consumer-level AI tools. With one exception. I LOVE FounderPal (affiliate link: founderpal.ai?ref=marmion). It has truly changed how I approach the copywriting, the language, and the approach to sales that I use on my website. It's pricey, but worth every penny.

"5 Days to a More Compelling Coaching Website" My new email mini-course is out! Sign up now and start optimizing your coaching website to work as hard as you do! As a special bonus... 1/2 websitewellness.co#course

I was humiliated this morning to see that the opt-in forms on my landing page weren't working! I was scrambling trying to figure out why before I had to leave to go to work. I think they're working now though. Just a reminder to TRIPLE-CHECK EVERYTHING! Non-working forms = massive trust killer.

Your home page is usually the most visited page on your coaching website. But your About page is statistically the second-most viewed page for service-based businesses like coaches and consultants. So it has a heavy load to bear! The secret to a good About page comes down to this: 1/3

Thoughts on this quote? I'm personally applying it to my business by putting empathy upfront. As a person who's not a natural salesperson or extrovert, leading with empathy allows me to not feel shame around trying to sell my services. I'm always trying to see things from my clients' perspective

Quick Tuesday Tip: One way to build trust with your audience is to have a Privacy Policy. It lets people know you are taking steps to protect their data while they're on your site. I recommend Termageddon to all my clients. They'll give you hands-on support to get your site compliant! 1/2

🚨 Really jazzed to announce my new email mini-course! 🚨 "5 Days to a More Compelling #Coaching #Website" I plan on writing more little ebooks and mini courses in future, so stay tuned by signing up now. You'll be the first to know about future releases! websitewellness.co#course

Just thought I should put my face up here. I'm not just a logo! I'm Daniel, born and raised in NJ USA where I live today. I'm married (8 years) and we have a rescue dog named Murphy. Maybe I'll post a pic of him sometime! My guilty pleasure is reality competition shows! Can't get enough 📺

#FridayFix Do you have a "foot in the door" product prominently displayed on your #coaching #website? It could be: - inexpensive (like a $7 ebook), - low-commitment (like a weekly "ask me anything" on social media), - or a valuable freebie (like a pre-recorded webinar) 1/2

I'm gearing up to launch a free five-day email mini-course. Five easy improvements you can make to your coaching website. If you want to know when it launches, just drop a comment here with your biggest frustration when it comes to your #coaching #website.

I'm brainstorming an ebook about how to structure and write the best possible About page for your coaching website. I see so many About page written in the third person, which I personally think is off-putting. What do you think? Is there data either way?

Looking for a few #coaches who'd like free feedback on their #website. I'll give you a private video of me using your site, along with some written feedback, identifying strengths as well as areas that could be improved. Just looking to get some testimonials in return! websitewellness.co
