Another NEJM case without CaOxD crystals, as @juancarlosqvelez.bsky.social suggests. In stone cases, CaOxD have a slight correlation with more urine calcium; if EG cases don't have high UCa (and why should they?) maybe the CaOxM crystals predominate.

Well known, ancient fact. Data probably older than me, which is saying a lot. Deliver Na to the aldosterone-responsive CCD in a patient with primary hyperaldo and a greater degree of hypokalemia than usually associated with TZ will occur. Think of it if K < 3.6 but I made that up.
