Late diagnosed autistic. Woke to the nth degree. Cat lover, especially orientals, dog lover but don’t have one now, rat lover but don’t have any now. Old. A bunch of autoimmune conditions that complicate life. Love cosy video games.

We’ve been here a few months, since we left the other place that shall not be named, but haven’t posted much while we got used to it. Good to see you here 😺

Ideally, just text, that’s peoply enough for me. And if the worst happens and I have to let a workperson in, be aware that I will be awkward and not know what to do until you’re gone.

I’ve just got over my dislike of pixelated and cosy games and am having a blast with great games from small devs who actually care about the gamer’s experience not how much they can gouge out of us for half finished games.

I hate going to shops! I have to go out soon for an eye test and everything already hurts. So afterwards it’ll be everything hurts plus a headache. Fun times.

In the nearly eight decades of my life I’ve given up on one book. One was War and Peace, and I suspect the translation was the problem. Or perhaps it was the fact that I was 13 (no books for teens with an adult reading age in the 1950s). In hindsight, I should have given up on a lot more.

Even if I found all the others - which is a big ‘if’, it’s a tedious grind - I’d never manage Simon Says. I pay the parrot!

Yesterday I threw away the meat thermometer that has been living in a kitchen drawer and getting caught every time I went to close the drawer. I’ve been vegetarian since last century #achievement

Hi Sully, you’re very handsome! This is us - left to right, Maurice, who is a front leg amputee, Mabel, who is a terror, and Kasha, who tries to help keep them in their place.
