Such a bad ADHD week. Forgot to message my doctor about a prescription refill 5 days in a row. Lost my glasses 6 times. Can't work with silence or background noise. Keep getting distracted out of errands. Keep stopping things I want to do after 5 minutes due to going to other websites. Etc etc.
