It’s optional, but I did want him to cease existing.

Gobblet! Matryoshka dolls + Connect Four. The objective is to get 4 in a row, but your cups can be “gobbled” by larger cups. It’s a really easy game to learn and much harder to be good at.

Met someone taller than me a couple weeks ago. It was awful.

I don’t know if they were canceled or intentionally short runs, but two shows my kid watched that I ended up loving: Gravity Falls (2 seasons) and Owl House (2.5 seasons). Both ended flawlessly if you ask me, but I would have enjoyed more.

I came here just to say it is a “moral imperative” that you watch this movie.

I just finished it as well and loved every moment of it.

Chess is one of those games where no matter how much I play it, I never get any better.

I am heavily medicated, so my cup runneth over with executive function 💅

This is accurate. I used to have it at my grandma’s occasionally. Dogfood for people.

I have worn a solid black tshirt or hoodie to work every day for 6 years 😬

Sometimes I think the only things I talk about are ZD and FW.

Great. Now I have to Google “frotting” just to know :(

these things are pretty tricky - misspellings, l33tspeak, etc can cause false negatives. context can change the implications of words (slurs being reclaimed, a slur that is a substring of a non-slur string) so we added in a two layer system to check handles

Great question. I hate them.

Being tall. It was my only sense of identity.

Cranberry juice is probably the most common, but since it’s late just chug as much water as you can without making yourself sick, then continue to sip regularly so you can start flushing your system.

I don’t even know how I blanked on Zeldas. Link to the Past and Breath of the Wild. Those should probably replace 2 on my list.

My kid’s recent comic-con find.

Yes, or some variation. I’ve even had the domain since I was like 16 😳

I’ve only read the first one and half of the second. The first I thought was OK, but I was loving the second one before I inexplicably quit for some reason.

I’m a monster. I drain the water THEN add the packet to the noodles 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ramen noodles with peanut butter and jelly on open face toast on the side. I don’t know why I do this but I’ve done it since I was a kid, and I won’t eat one without the other. To this day it’s still one of my favorite things to eat.

I’ve got a second one, but it’s not mine. When my kid was 3, she was terrified of Zurg in Toy Story 2. It used to crack me up how she’d hide her face every time he was on screen.

It’s a great book! It’s kind of a B-movie though. It is definitely suspenseful for young kids (me included).

If you try again some day, I recommend 11/22/63 - I think you’d enjoy it. Sci-fi, historical, love story - no horror, and it’s a beautiful novel.

Such a great show. I’m a wreck every time it gets to Uncle Iroh’s Tale of Ba Sing Se.

Oh wow I forgot all about that movie!

Troll 2. I wasn’t used to movies not having happy endings.

I’ve had some success with upwork for side money. Although I typically benefited more if the client had repeat work outside of the platform, since they take 20%. It allowed me to charge less and keep more that way.

I’m re-listening to several good ones The Life and Times of Frederick Douglass Empire of the Summer Moon Killing Crazy Horse The Woman Who Smashed Codes Cosmos I’m trying to get back into actual reading, but I’m old and sleepy. Currently: The Drawing of the Three - Stephen King. Loving it so far.
