I shapeshift away from and out of labels constantly, with very little being completely accurate for long. My identity is always changing, always shifting, and never ending up quite in the same spot as before. I am many contradictory things all at once.

btw this is also why I don't jive with "just go to therapy" kinds of responses. there are essentially no therapists in Seattle (yeah, Seattle) who both take Medicaid and are willing to see people with psychosis/SMI. I don't have a therapist! I probably should! but I can't afford out of pocket
