When I think of Gerald I think of Poets Square Cats’ friend Human Gerald who helps her TNR feral cats and had a cat named after him: Feral Gerald. I assume y’all are hating on a different Gerald
I’ve got one like that too. When he hears a zoom starting, he comes running and jumps onto the desk so he can see all the people on the monitor talking to *him*. Every time…
"You are all under contract to me. I expect you to ship 1 container of treatos to this location monthly for the rest of your lives. I will extract lap time from this thumb-human"
LOL. Too funny. Last week, I was on a Zoom call with about 15 new-to-the-firm folks and my baby granddaughter walked into the room. She didn't say anything, just stood next to me until I put her on my lap and introduced her, LOL. Her dad came in to grab her about 30 seconds later.
I was having an online therapy session, and one of my dad's cats walked in- Only, they're not allowed in my room, ever. So I had to shoo the poor kitty out without pets :,)
I'm the person who starts the Zoom vertical and leans a degree or two every minute. So that by fifteen minutes I appear a bit skeptical and right around when Spencer says 'bleeding edge' my head and one shoulder are out of frame
My Maine coon started joining child counseling appointments from the top of my office chair when she was just a baby. She’s now 10kg & still gives it a red hot go!
In my last job, my first meeting with my boss was interrupted by my cat pointing his butthole directly at the camera. Didn’t know it then, but that was an omen for that job.
