The war with California I believe is more of a distraction to ignore on the attack on Medicaid.
The Iran thing is just got kicked up a notch with reports of underground nuclear testing and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation treaty.

I look at a pop icon enabling degradation. That album cover and the title is a bit concerning.

I really enjoy Gundam Wing from the story larger political discussions and the questions about humanities need for war.
While the topics are interesting and really relevant with AI hitting the battle field... as a Gundam series it was big risk.
I appreciate it, but it is all a Gundam side quest.

Could be, I didn't think about that. To be honest I have never heard of anyone I know interacting with people that work for ICE outside of them working their job. You might be onto something the insularity part.

My thoughts are more like any member of ICE is either all in on the mission or they wanted a job and didn't have much else for options.
Maybe if there was better health care and support for education many of those people would work else where.

I doubt any Marine I've met actually wants to do anything against another US Citizen for any reason.
