I agree. But there are too many loyalists to the US Constitution both in active service & retired veterans. The majority of both will refuse before war breaks out in America. This is why the Governors will decide when to call out the National Guard to stop the Despotism before war does break out.

Yes but the difference is, TRUMP can't change or do away with the US Constitution. It takes 2/3rds votes of both houses and the people would have to vote on it also. Nobody born in a democracy ever wants to begin living as a slave. NOT even MAGA. because MAGA will be terminated by Trump to stop coup

First of all, the entire military is sworn to the US Constitution and they DO NOT want to be court-martialed and lose the benefits. (Reference: A Few Good Men)

There needs to be a forensic audit on the access logs to the network to prove what information WAS accessed, copied, deleted, stolen or duplicated, and by whom, for a timeline of events by digital timestamp. Then reviewed by all political parties and publically released to the public.

Shareholders do not have any voring power in decisions. But the officers do. The problem with that is an LLC can't be held liable or you would have to do away with the LLC structuring of law FIRST to allow penalties moving forward.
