Had fun playing the 'Slay the Spire' board game yesterday. The Act 3 boss was bullshit and undermined the entire build of my deck so the whole team wiped immediately. A perfect adaptation of the videogame. 10/10, no notes.

The people complaining that Bluesky is dying are the same people that objected to calling them Skeets.

A Caipirinha for tonight's nightcap. #cocktails

It's graduation time in Sweden and dozens of whistle-blowing seniors boarded the train for the morning commute. A LOT of chanting and cheering for 9am. I was deep in my angst phase at that age, where do these teens get the energy? Has the Swedish school system not robbed kids of their pep by now?

Had a fun evening checking out the first few hours of Dune: Awakening. I don't really go in for MMOs and Survival builders, so the Dune franchise is certainly carrying a lot of the load for me. Looking forward to jumping back in tonight and building a house.

I Photoshop Paddington into a movie, TV show, or pop culture until I forget: Day 1555

Made a nice Mojito for the evening #cocktails

Just played the demo of 'Dispatch'. As a fan of 'This is the Police' this is a really nice extension of those mechanics and its presentation and voice work is slick as hell. Really enjoyed it and definitely picking it up when the full game comes out.

Just caught up on the finale of 'Your Friends and Neighbours' It was a fine-enough show, not really worth recommending.

This lawsuit is brutal. One of the exhibits is the letter Universal sent to Midjourney, including a quote from a 2022 Forbes interview that I bet midjourney regrets

It's happening!!! Drag 'em, Mickey!

Back home from a week away getting married, guess I have to start reading the news and being involved in society again, which sucks because nothing in the news is talking about how great my wife is so, like, what's the point of it?

I don't want to be associated with this comic, and won't receive money if you buy it, so please boycott.

Big weekend update.

Can't believe someone made this for our game, @playfellowship.com Sound of the summer.

I'm not buying Musk's heel turn against Trump for a second. He was throwing out salutes and being the Vader to his Emperor for so long. Now his earnings call says his businesses are in the toilet because of his Trump ties so *now* he publicly drags Trump? Please! This is *entirely* constructed.

Saw Mountainhead on the flight. It was okay. Felt like it was really building up to something in the first half and then just gave up on it and turned into 'antics' in the second instead.

Let's go IO, don't let me down!

Me watching each successive episode of 'The Rehearsal'

I refuse to get hype about anything, ever in video games.

Just going absolutely nuts in the drawing room trying to figure these gaits out. I swear I've been here for 80 minutes just noting so many configurations, what the hell? #blueprince

Fun day yesterday! My first major piece of ink (I have a small one on the back of my bicep). The hardest part was deciding on a design. I get analysis paralysis on what I want as permanent changes to my body for so long, just initiating the process triggers incredible anxiety in me.

Watched 'Warfare' last night, intense with a single-focus on the realities of urban warfare in Iraq.

Finally got into the Antechamber last night, all set to wrap up my time with Blue Prince. Imagine my delight, therefore, when I stepped inside said Antechamber and found...not the end.

Jesus, why even bother trying these days?

Remember when movies were all 3D glasses? What a time that nobody misses. Tech companies just said that's how it has to be now, and it was everywhere...until it wasn't.

Asking permission before I take money from people's wallets would 'kill' the pickpocketing industry.
