Love this kind of technical writing. Reminds me of SCP

Yeah Martin's Clean Code and Clean Architecture are terrible. At some point he semi-retracted them saying "it's more Martin style and 'clean' style". DDD has some good ideas but of course anything can be taken too far

every arena fps player hates every other arena game, no way you could form a community. those communities are also filled with old-internet era trolls who never grew up. it would be nice though

against a reference database of fingerprints. Also it is sort of possible to generate images from a deep image classifier, but they are very poor. Certainly, the original dataset cannot be recovered. 3/3

an essentially random digest. Because these hash functions are strong, a model could not be trained on these digests to classify the original inputs. Unless you had a perceptual hash, which is a different thing (fingerprinting) and you wouldn't train on it, but rather compare the fingerprint 2/3

Not defending OP who clearly has a screw loose. Also it is too early to know what ROOST actually plans on doing, no details have been published. I just wanted to note that you couldn't train a model on the cryptographic hashes of images because the purpose of that method is to map the input to 1/3

I switched to Kagi from DDG months ago and have never looked back

Is that a ficus ginseng? I have one though it's like 10x larger. It also lost 99% of its leaves during transit but has been recovering. I found success with a cheap grow light.

I think it's less of a strategy to give up and more of people's defense mechanism after being overwhelmed by this bullshit for the past 20 years
